I hope that you are all staying safe during these strange times. It is a very peculiar time for everyone. I would like to assure you that all of the Allied Team are working harder than ever to ensure that we provide you, our valued customers, with the best quality service.

In order to ensure this continuity we have put a number of measures in place. We have a number of our Fabulous Call Centre Team working from home, in order to comply with Covid-19 regulations. Because of this, it may take a little longer for your call to be answered, but if you could bear with us we will get to you ASAP.

Our bin collection teams are experiencing high volumes of waste for collection. This may mean that your collection is behind schedule by an hour or more, but all collections are as normal, so your bin will be emptied. This is a great time to improve your recycling.

Are you segregating all of your materials correctly? Clean Dry Loose materials in your Blue Bin. Are you in an area where you could use a Brown Compost Bin? If so pop us an email [email protected] and we will arrange one for you.

Remember these measures will result in Higher Recycling and Lower Bills. A lot of our customers are using this time to get to the jobs they never had time to do? Now that excuse is gone! Why not order a skip from us to get rid of everything you have been meaning to for the longest time. We have great Offers on Skips at the moment, and we always look after existing wheelie bin customers.
